1. أسعار الشحن

• الشحن المحلي داخل المملكة العربية السعودية: يبدأ من 16 ريالًا سعوديًا.
• الشحن الدولي: 80 ريالًا سعوديًا لجميع دول العالم.

2. تجهيز الطلبات وتوصيلها

• تُعالج طلبات المنتجات الجاهزة التي لا تتطلب برمجة أو تجهيزًا مخصصًا خلال يومي عمل.
• تصل الطلبات المحلية عادةً خلال 2–5 أيام عمل بعد تسليم الطلب لشركة الشحن.
• قد يستغرق الشحن الدولي وقتًا أطول بحسب الوجهة وإجراءات التخليص الجمركي.

مدة التجهيز منفصلة عن مدة التوصيل. تبدأ مدة التوصيل بعد تسليم الشحنة لشركة النقل، وليست من تاريخ تقديم الطلب. مدد التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف بحسب الوجهة وشركة الشحن.

3. طلبات البرمجة والتجهيز المخصص

المنتجات أو الخدمات التي تتطلب برمجة أو تركيبًا أو تجهيزًا مخصصًا تخضع لمدة التجهيز الموضحة في صفحة المنتج أو الخدمة، أو المتفق عليها عند الطلب. وقد تتجاوز هذه المدة يومي عمل، وتُضاف إليها مدة التوصيل بعد اكتمال التجهيز.

4. متابعة الطلب والمساعدة

2. Order Processing and Delivery

• Orders for ready-to-ship products that do not require programming or custom preparation are processed within two business days.
• Domestic orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days after handover to the shipping carrier.
• International delivery may take longer depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

Preparation time is separate from delivery time. Delivery time starts when the shipment is handed to the carrier, rather than when the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier.

3. Programming and Custom Preparation

Products or services requiring programming, installation or custom preparation follow the preparation time stated on the product or service page, or agreed when ordering. This may exceed two business days, and delivery time is added after preparation is complete.

4. Order Status and Support
